Once we receive your order we make every effort to send it out as quickly as possible (usually the next morning).

We use a third party to freight your order and sometimes there are delays that are out of our control, so we can’t absolutely guarantee a delivery date.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the above time-frames please let us know and we’ll get an update for you.
Someone will need to be on site to assist the driver with any sheets longer than 4.0m.
Damages, incorrect deliveries and sheet sizes
If something arrives incorrect or damaged, please note it on the delivery docket to give to the driver. If you’re not there for delivery, please check your order and let us know within 24 hrs if there is something wrong. Claims received outside of this period may not to be accepted.
You must check your delivery before installing it. This includes (but is not limited to) making sure it is the correct colour, size, profile, product is fit for purpose etc.
We also recommend that you receive and check your delivery before booking in an installer. Otherwise the installer may discover that something has been damaged or supplied incorrectly, and they will not be able to install, wasting time and money.
We will not be held liable for any lost time, labour or anything else while waiting for the correct, undamaged order to arrive, or for any delivery delays or complications.
Due to batch differences, there may slight colour variations between different batches. If you’re roofing one continuous area we recommend that you order all of the sheets at the same time, not in different orders. That way they should all come from the same batch.
Pricing and availability
All prices listed include GST of 15%.
We do our best to keep pricing and availability up to date on this website however they can change without notice.
If a particular item you have ordered is no longer available we will inform you as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a suitable replacement or we can refund you the purchase price and cancel your order if no replacement at the same price is found.
If the incorrect price has been put on the website in error, the correct price will apply and we will send you an updated invoice. Or you can choose to cancel the purchase.
Ensure the installation instructions, available on our website, are followed.
The most important things are:
- Install the sheets the correct way up, with the UV protected side to the sun
- Make sure there is an over-sized hole for fasteners, so there is enough room for sheet expansion
- Ensure there is adequate fall of at least 5 degrees for correct water run-off.
If you wish to return anything please ensure it is not scratched or damaged, and it is wrapped in the original packaging. Do not put any tape directly on the sheets.
If returning something that is regularly stocked in one of our stores, there will most likely not be a restocking fee.
However, if it has been ordered directly from our supplier (which many products are) they do charge a restocking fee which can be up to 20%. There may also be another freight charge to get it back to the store.
If you have had something cut to a specific length it may not be able to be returned.
